AN ACT CONCERNING NURSING HOME STAFFING RATIOS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 19a-563h of the general statutes be amended to establish 1
certain minimum staffing level requirements for nursing homes, 2
including, but not limited to, minimum staffing level requirements for 3
registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and nurse's aides. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish certain minimum staffing level requirements for nursing
homes.
