AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY MATERNAL
MENTAL HEALTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study maternal mental health in 1
the state, including, but not limited to, methods to expand access to 2
maternal mental health services and improving education regarding 3
maternal mental health issues. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To explore strategies to enhance access to mental health resources for
mothers and birthing people and improve education regarding
maternal mental health issues.
