AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VIRTUAL TRAINING PROGRAM TO
STUDENTS SEEKING CERTIFICATION AS A NURSE'S AIDE OR
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a pilot program be offered at a nonprofit provider of residential, 1
education, community and home-based services in the state to provide 2
virtual education to students seeking certification as a nurse's aide or 3
emergency medical technician. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a virtual training program for students seeking certification
as a nurse's aide or emergency medical technician.
