AN ACT CONCERNING THE STANDARDS OF CARE FOR MEMBERS
OF THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY IN LONG -TERM CARE FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish standards of care 1
for members of the LGBTQ+ community who reside in long-term care 2
facilities. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the highest standards of care and quality of life for members
of the LGBTQ+ community residing in long-term care facilities.
