AN ACT ALLOWING A MORAL OR PHILOSOPHICAL OBJECTION AS
AN EXEMPTION TO THE IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR
ATTENDING SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-204a of the general statutes be amended to include a 1
moral or philosophical objection as an exemption to the school 2
immunization requirements. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a moral or philosophical objection as an exemption to the
school immunization requirements.
