AN ACT CONCERNING THE CLASSIFICATION OF HIGH TUNNELS
AND HOOP HOMES UNDER THE STATE BUILDING CODE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 541 of the general statutes be amended to classify high 1
tunnels and hoop homes as temporary agricultural structures and not 2
permanent structures under the State Building Code. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To classify high tunnels and hoop homes as temporary agricultural
structures and not permanent structures under the State Building Code.
