AN ACT CONCERNING THE LOCAL BRIDGE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That (1) section 13a-175p of the general statutes be amended to 1
redefine "grant percentage" as seventy-five per cent, instead of fifty per 2
cent, and (2) that the bond allocation for the local bridge program 3
established pursuant to sections 13a-175p to 13a-175u, inclusive, of the 4
general statutes, be increased. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To help towns maintain culverts by increasing the grant percentage and
bond allocation for the local bridge program.
