AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPLACEMENT OF TREES REMOVED
BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 242 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Transportation to replace the number of trees removed 2
by the department in the municipality from which such trees were 3
removed. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Transportation to replace trees removed
by the department in the municipality from which such trees were
removed.
