AN ACT INCREASING THE FEE FOR A DRIVER EDUCATION
COURSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (d) of section 14-36 of the general statutes be 1
amended to increase the maximum fee for a driver education course 2
from one hundred fifty dollars to two hundred dollars and authorize the 3
Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to increase such fee by an annual cost-4
of-living adjustment equal to the most recent percentage increase in the 5
consumer price index. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the maximum free for a driver education course.
