AN ACT CREATING A SCHEDULE TO FUND NOISE ABATEMENT
FOR COMMUNITIES IDENTIFIED IN THE TYPE II STATEWIDE NOISE
ANALYSIS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 242 of the general statutes be amended to create a 1
schedule to provide funding to construct sound barriers for locations 2
identified on the priority list in the Department of Transportation's Type 3
II Statewide Noise Analysis. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to construct sound barriers for locations identified
on the priority list in the Department of Transportation's Type II
Statewide Noise Analysis.
