AN ACT REQUIRING THE INDEXING OF THE PROPERTY TAX
EXEMPTION AMOUNT FOR FARM MACHINERY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-91 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
dollar amount of the property tax exemption for farm machinery to be 2
indexed to reflect the rate of inflation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the dollar amount of the property tax exemption for farm
machinery to be indexed to reflect the rate of inflation.
