AN ACT CONCERNING BUS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION CHARGES
FOR DISABLED VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that the Reduced 1
Fare Transit ID program administered by the Commissioner of 2
Transportation shall allow disabled veterans to ride state-owned or 3
state-controlled bus public transportation services at no cost. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To modify the Reduced Fare Transit ID program to allow disabled
veterans to ride state-owned or state-controlled bus public
transportation services at no cost.
