AN ACT ALLOWING RESTORING THE RIGHT TO VOTE TO
INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to restore the right to 1
vote to incarcerated individuals who had such right prior to their 2
incarceration. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To restore the right to vote to incarcerated individuals who had such
right prior to their incarceration.
