AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF STATE ELECTIONS
ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION INVESTIGATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to provide that, for 1
each complaint filed with the State Elections Enforcement Commission 2
that results in the commencement of an investigation into such 3
complaint, the commission shall publish such complaint on the 4
commission's Internet web site. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require the State Election Enforcement Commission to publish on its
Internet web site any complaint that results in an investigation.
