AN ACT CONCERNING THE EVICTION PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to modify the eviction process. 1
Statement of Purpose:
To modify the eviction process to increase its efficiency and fairness.
