AN ACT PROHIBITING A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER FROM
ADMINISTERING A VACCINE TO A MINOR WITHOUT THE CONSENT
OF THE MINOR'S PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit a health care 1
provider from administering a vaccine to a minor without the consent 2
of such minor's parent or guardian. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit a health care provider from administering a vaccine to a
minor without the consent of the minor's parent or guardian.
