AN ACT CONCERNING VETERAN -OWNED BUSINESSES AND SET-
ASIDE PROGRAMS FOR STATE CONTRACTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 4a-60g of the general statutes be amended to expand 1
eligibility for state contract set-aside programs to veteran-owned 2
businesses. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand eligibility for state contract set-aside programs to veteran-
owned businesses.
