AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS IN
THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Banking shall 1
conduct a study concerning financial transactions in the state. Not later 2
than January 15, 2026, the department shall submit a report, in 3
accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, 4
concerning the results of such study to the joint standing committee of 5
the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to banking. 6
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
