| 26 | 27 | Section 1. (Effective from passage) (a) As used in this section, "distressed 1 | |
| 27 | 28 | municipality" has the same meaning as provided in section 32-9p of the 2 | |

| 29 | 30 | people according to the most recent version of the State Register and 4 | |
