AN ACT REQUIRING ANNUAL AUDITS OF ORGANIZATIONS THAT
RECEIVE STATE FUNDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require each organization 1
that receives state funding to be subject to an annual audit. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require annual audits of all organizations that receive state funding.
