AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR ELDERLY NUTRITION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of six million dollars be appropriated to the Department 1
of Aging and Disability Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal 2
year ending June 30, 2026, for the elderly nutrition program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase funding for the elderly nutrition program.
