AN ACT CONCERNING TEACHER CERTIFICATION RECIPROCITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-146c of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
teacher certification reciprocity for a teacher licensed in good standing 2
in another state for not less than ten years, subject to passing any 3
required background checks. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require teacher certification reciprocity for teachers licensed in good
standing in another state for not less than ten years, subject to passing
any required background checks.
