AN ACT SAFEGUARDING CONNECTICUT'S NATURAL RESOURCES
AND ENVIRONMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to safeguard the state's natural 1
resources and environment through innovative policies and sustainable 2
practices. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure a healthier and more resilient ecosystem for future
generations and foster conservation and environmental stewardship for
a thriving and sustainable Connecticut.
