AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO PAY FOR ANY SURVEY OF A
STATE-OWNED LAKE THAT SAID DEPARTMENT REQUIRES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Energy and Environmental Protection to pay for any survey of a state-2
owned lake when said department requires such a survey to be 3
performed. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to
pay for any survey of a state-owned lake when said department requires
such survey to be performed.
