AN ACT REQUIRING INCREASED PATROL AND ENFORCEMENT ON
STATE-OWNED LANDS AND WATERWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require an increased number 1
of patrols and enforcement by the Department of Energy and 2
Environmental Protection on state-owned lands and waterways. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase patrols and enforcement performed by the Department of
Energy and Environmental Protection on state-owned lands and
waterways.
