AN ACT CONCERNING A CONNECTICUT FARMER INVESTMENT TAX
CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to adopt a Connecticut farmer 1
investment tax credit that is modeled on New York State's Farmers and 2
Refundable Tax Credit Program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for certain tax credits for farmers in the state.
