1918 AN ACT REQUIRING THE EXPEDITING OF PERMITS FOR THE
2019 REMEDIATION OF HYDRILLA IN LAKES ACROSS THE STATE.
2120 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

24-Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) Notwithstanding the 1
25-provisions of subdivision (6) of section 22-79a of the general statutes, if 2
26-the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection fails to take 3
27-action on a permit for the remediation of hydrilla in a lake not later than 4
28-three months after receipt of such permit application by said 5
29-department, such application shall be deemed approved. 6
30-This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
31-sections:
