AN ACT AUTHORIZING SUNDAY HUNTING ON PRIVATE AND
PUBLIC LANDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize all Sunday 1
hunting, regardless of method and game, on private and public lands. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To expand Sunday hunting during hunting season.
