AN ACT CONCERNING PROTECTIONS FOR THE ONLINE ECONOMY
AGAINST DATA BREACHES AND LIMITS ON INTERNET DATA
USAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to protect the economy and 1
online learning from data breaches and to prohibit telecommunications 2
companies from placing limits on Internet data usage. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the economy and online learning from data breaches and to
remove limits on broadband usage.
