Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to separate the Public Utilities 1
Regulatory Authority from the Department of Energy and 2
Environmental Protection. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To separate the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority from the
Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
