AN ACT PROHIBITING THE INSTALLATION OR REPLACEMENT OF
TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWERS NEAR SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the installation or 1
replacement of any telecommunications tower if such tower is located, 2
or will be located, one hundred fifty or fewer yards from any school. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the installation or replacement of any telecommunications
tower if such tower is located, or will be located, one hundred fifty or
fewer yards from any school.
