AN ACT REQUIRING AGENCY NOTIFICATION TO AFFECTED
RESIDENTS OF CERTAIN CHANGES IN THE LAW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 4 of the general statutes be amended to require state 1
agencies to notify affected residents of the state of material and 2
substantial changes in the law. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require state agency notification of changes in the law to affected
residents.
