| 26 | 26 | outlines the agency's strategic and operational priorities; (2) each such 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | agency to create an annual performance report that summarizes the 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | agency's performance plan and its progress toward strategic and 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | operational goals; (3) regular performance evaluations of each such 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | agency's progress toward goals outlined in its performance plan; and (4) 7 | |
| 31 | 31 | legislative public hearings for agencies to present their performance 8 | |
