| 25 | 25 | | legislation regarding preventing the waste of taxpayer dollars by 2 |

| 27 | 27 | | to improve the delivery of services, reduce the cost of such services and 4 |

| 28 | 28 | | foster fraud investigations to uncover fraud and waste and to submit a 5 |

| 29 | 29 | | report with its recommendations to the joint standing committee of the 6 |

| 30 | 30 | | General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to government 7 |

| 31 | 31 | | administration not later than December 31, 2025, and (2) the general 8 |

| 32 | 32 | | statutes be amended to establish an autonomous office with the 9 |
