AN ACT CONCERNING APPRENTICESHIP RATIOS FOR
NONCOMMERCIAL PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 393 of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
ratio of one apprentice to one occupational licensee for noncommercial 2
projects. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a ratio of one apprentice to one occupational licensee for
noncommercial projects.
