AN ACT PROHIBITING CERTAIN SALES OF CONSUMERS' GENETIC
INFORMATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that no person who 1
is engaged in the business of collecting consumers' genetic information 2
shall sell such information to any third party. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that certain businesses shall not sell consumers' genetic
information to third parties.
