AN ACT REQUIRING DISCLOSURE OF TAXES AND GOVERNMENT -
MANDATED FEES ON SIGNAGE ADVERTISING THE PRICE OF
GASOLINE OR DIESEL FUEL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that any signage 1
advertising the price of gasoline or diesel fuel shall disclose the nature 2
and amount of each tax or government-mandated fee levied or imposed 3
for such gasoline or diesel fuel. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that any signage advertising the price of gasoline or diesel
fuel shall disclose the nature and amount of each tax or government-
mandated fee levied or imposed for such gasoline or diesel fuel.
