AN ACT INCREASING MEDICAID RATES TO THE CORRESPONDING
RATES OF MEDICARE REIMBURSEMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to increase Medicaid 1
rates of reimbursement for physicians, ambulance services and other 2
health care professionals to corresponding rates of Medicare 3
reimbursement. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To equalize Medicaid and Medicare payment rates for physicians,
ambulance services and other health care professionals.
