AN ACT EXPANDING THE DEFINITION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING
DEVELOPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to expand the 1
definition of affordable housing development to include properties that 2
are not deed restricted. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the definition of affordable housing development to include
properties that are not deed restricted.
