AN ACT CONCERNING EXEMPTIONS FROM THE AFFORDABLE
HOUSING APPEALS PROCESS FOR BOROUGHS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (k) of section 8-30g of the general statutes be 1
amended to allow any borough to qualify for an exemption from the 2
affordable housing appeals process separately from the municipality of 3
which such borough is a political subdivision. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow any borough to qualify for an exemption from the affordable
housing appeals process separately from the municipality of which such
borough is a political subdivision.
