Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for the adoption of 1
the Uniform Real Property Transfer on Death Act. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the adoption of the Uniform Real Property Transfer on
Death Act.
