32 | 32 | the employee to receive such vaccination or medicinal treatment 5 | |
33 | 33 | program as a condition of employment; and (2) punitive damages, if the 6 | |
34 | 34 | employer knowingly requires the vaccination or medicinal treatment 7 | |
35 | 35 | without confirming its safety based on publicly available medical 8 | |
