AN ACT CONCERNING DISCRETIONARY TRANSFER FROM
JUVENILE TO ADULT COURT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 46b-127 of the general statutes be amended to include all 1
serious firearm offenses, as defined in subdivision (24) of section 53a-3 2
of the general statutes, to the list of discretionary transfers. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To include serious firearm offenses in the list of offenses eligible for
discretionary transfer from juvenile to adult court.
