AN ACT PROHIBITING THE MUNICIPAL REGULATION OF
FIREARMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 98 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit any 1
municipality from adopting any ordinance or other regulation 2
concerning the regulation of firearms. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit any municipality from adopting any ordinance or other
regulation concerning the regulation of firearms.
