AN ACT REQUIRING THE POSTING OF FAIR RENT COMMISSION
BYLAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to require that any 1
municipality with a fair rent commission post such commission's 2
bylaws on such municipality's Internet web site. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require each municipality with a fair rent commission to post such
commission's bylaws on such municipality's Internet web site.
