AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF REUSING OLD SCHOOLS AS REGIONAL MENTAL HEALTH CLINICS FOR MINORS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That a task force be established to study the feasibility of using old 1 schools as regional mental health clinics to provide various levels of care 2 and other services, including, but not limited to, transportation, 3 housing, education and counseling, to minors suffering from significant 4 mental health conditions. 5 Statement of Purpose: To reuse old schools as regional educational and mental health clinics for various levels of care for minors suffering from significant mental health conditions.
