AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE'S HEALTH CARE SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to revitalize and strengthen the 1
state's health care system by ensuring access to quality care, fostering 2
innovation, supporting health care professionals and addressing critical 3
health care needs, including, but not limited to, affordability, 4
transparency and infrastructure modernization. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To revitalize and strengthen the state's health care system.
