AN ACT ELIMINATING THE REQUIREMENT THAT SCHOOLS
PROVIDE FREE MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS IN AT LEAST ONE MEN'S
RESTROOM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-212k of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the requirement that local and regional boards of education provide free 2
menstrual products in at least one men's restroom in each school. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement that schools provide free menstrual
products in at least one men's restroom.
