26 | 26 | program that forgives up to fifty thousand dollars of graduate school 2 | |
27 | 27 | loans for health care professionals who (1) are not participating in 3 | |
28 | 28 | another state or federal loan forgiveness or loan reimbursement 4 | |
29 | 29 | program, (2) obtain and maintain licensure as a health care professional 5 | |
30 | 30 | by the Department of Public Health, and (3) agree to work in the state 6 | |
31 | 31 | for a minimum of four years of full-time work or a minimum of eight 7 | |
32 | 32 | years of part-time work as a health care professional in a rural or other 8 | |
33 | 33 | underserved area or in a health care field with a workforce shortage. 9 | |
