AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND
ADDICTION SERVICES TO PROVIDE DATA TO THE DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC HEALTH BY CATCHMENT AREA FOR HEALTH CARE
PROFESSIONAL SHORTAGE AREA SCORES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Mental Health and Addiction Services to provide data to the 2
Department of Public Health by catchment area for health care 3
professional shortage area scores. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to
provide data to the Department of Public Health by catchment area for
health care professional shortage area scores.
